Seeding your own lawn this fall? Good. Here's the one thing we see go wrong most: watering too much, too rarely. New fescue seed needs the top inch to stay damp. That usually means short waterings two or three times a day for the first couple weeks. Questions? Send us a message. #LawnTips #MiddleTennessee

A quick word on how we work. If we miss something, like a strip of edging, a bed we didn't blow out, or a patch we skipped, tell us. We'll come back and fix it at no charge. That's it. Matt and Jenna run this company, and our name is on the truck. #FranklinTN #LocalBusiness

Holiday lighting is open for booking. Marco custom-measures every roofline, so the lights fit your house instead of a generic kit. Commercial-grade LEDs, kept working through the season, then taken down and stored in January. Free estimate at evergreenedgelawnandlandscape.com. #HolidayLights #FranklinTN

Quick seasonal note. Around mid-October is about as late as we like to seed fescue in Franklin. After that, cold nights slow germination and the young grass goes into winter too thin. Andre still has some openings in the next week or two. #FallOverseeding #MiddleTennessee

Halfway through a leaf cleanup in Westhaven. Left side is where we started this morning. Right side is done: leaves off the lawn and out of the beds, final mow, edges clean. Everything gets hauled off, so nothing sits at the curb. #Westhaven #FallLeaves
